How do I pay?
By bank transfer. After you order we show you our bank details and your order reference, and email them to you. Use the reference so we can match your payment.
How long do I have to pay?
Your order page shows the deadline, normally 48 hours. Unpaid orders are cancelled after that and the items go back on sale.
When will my order arrive?
We dispatch once your payment arrives, by Royal Mail Tracked 24. You get a tracking number by email when it leaves us.
Are these products for personal use?
No. Everything we sell is for in-vitro laboratory research only, not for human or veterinary use. We do not give advice on using them in people or animals.
